Wey Group International Ltd was established in 1982, our service range includes UK Sameday, UK Overnight, International Courier & International Remail Deliveries.

Our Retail Services, Sales, Accounts & Administration operate from our Byfleet Head Office whilst our Wholesale operations are based in Colnbrook adjacent to Heathrow Airport. Our fleet totals over 100 vehicles and consists of Motorcycles, Small Vans and Transits.

WGI is an independent company and we regularly undertake work for some of the biggest organisations in the World.

Our Services


Priority is given to bookings taken over the internet, where you can access automatic verification of postcodes and delivery addresses, and if you so wish, PODs can be emailed to you. This can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection. Wey Group International Ltd operates its UK delivery system as part of a National Network; The APC Network, of which WGI is a founder-shareholder, comprises of over one hundred and twenty five depots and over 2,500 vehicles. Wey Group International, in conjunction with the APC, can offer you the security of knowing your parcels will be sent through one of the fastest growing and reliable Overnight door-to-door delivery systems in the U.K.


The Mail pack service has been specifically designed for extremely small, light packages, particularly documents. Providing the weight does not exceed 1kg, and it is packed in one of our A4 delivery pouches and the Mail Pack service is selected, the delivery will qualify for the Mail pack rate.


The Courier pack service has been specifically designed for small, light packages. Providing the weight does not exceed 5kgs, and it is packed in one of our A4/A3 delivery pouches and the Courier Pack service is selected, the delivery will qualify for the Courier pack rate.


The Parcel Service is for all other deliveries that have multiple items or are too heavy or bulky to use the Mail Pack or Courier Pack services. No single item can exceed 50 kgs or 300 cm in any dimension but please contact WGI Customer Care for full details of services available and charges as we will always endeavour to meet your requirements.


Saturday deliveries are available to most of the UK and delivery options are 9:00am, 10:30am and Noon, any Saturday delivery marked as 'Next Day' will be upgraded to Noon and charged accordingly. Please note that if Saturday delivery is required, the 'Saturday Delivery' option must be selected.


Pick Up Requests (PURs) & Third Party Collections are best booked using the Online booking system at https://apc.hypaship.com. This allows the opportunity for verification of all collection and delivery addresses and the customer's own notes can be seen by the collecting depot first hand. Your request should be booked no later than 11:30am on the required day of collection, and to avoid any late collection charges consignments should be ready for collection from 12:00 noon and the collection point open until 5:30pm. Naturally the consignment should be securely packed and labelled with only the destination address prior to the collection time.


The Standard service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for both motorcycles and vans.

Response times between 08:30 and 17:30, for motorcycles and vans are generally collection within 30 minutes from the time of booking.

Rates for the Standard service are based on mileage and are quoted at the time of booking.


The Premier Service will guarantee priority use of the rider/driver who will aim to arrive at the collection point at least 10 minutes before the pre-booked collection time to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Once your package has been delivered, you will automatically be advised of the proof of delivery detailing time of delivery and the name of the signatory.

Rates for the Premier Service are based on mileage and can be quoted at the time of booking.


Wey Group International Ltd utilises an extensive network of independent "local" delivery & collection depots Worldwide and can offer total flexibility by using the trading partner best suited to our customers' specific requirements.


If you are based in Scotland and have a collection for delivery within Scotland, we ensure it remains within the inter-Scottish network. This allows us to offer exclusive additional timed services only available to our Scottish customers. It also minimises the impact on the environment.



WGI offers a comprehensive service to both Northern and Southern Ireland. We provide a choice of an air service offering timed delivery options or an economy road service for those important but less time sensitive deliveries.
